Yes, there are restrictions. You may use your RHS Gift Card or eGift Card to purchase eligible items at any participating RHS Garden Centres or stores and online at RHS Plants. Participating Garden Centres can be found here. Participating stores include The Plant Space at Bluewater shopping centre in Kent, and RHS retail stands at RHS Shows.

The following exclusions apply to your RHS Gift Card or eGift Card: entrance tickets to RHS Gardens, events and food and beverage at RHS Gardens, RHS Show tickets, third-party retail stands and food and beverage at RHS Shows, RHS memberships, RHS courses, to purchase RHS Gift Cards and eGift Cards, and RHS Partner Gardens.

Yes, when you use your RHS Gift card and eGift the amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance. The remaining balance may be applied to future purchases. Cash change will not be given. You can check your balance here. Please note, your gift card must still be in date to check the balance.

No, the balance will remain on your RHS Gift card or eGift for 24 months from the original purchase of the Gift Card. Please note, the balance on your RHS Gift card or eGift Card will expire after 24 months.

Yes, the RHS Gift Card and eGift Card is treated as a payment method so can be used alongside other tenders. We will also accept RHS Gift Cards and eGift Cards alongside RHS paper vouchers in our Garden Centres and The Plant Space.
